 Firebirds in Mills 50 District will offer a dinner option with 3 courses for $30 and a lunch special with 2 courses for $16.

 

Dinner – 3 courses for $30
First Course
• Chile-Spiced Calamari Crispy calamari with sweet chile sauce, green onions and toasted pumpkin seeds
• Homemade Soup of the day or Chicken Tortilla soup
• BLT, Mixed Greens or Caesar Salad

Main Course
• Creole Seared Mahi With shrimp, summer corn, asparagus, portabella mushrooms and tomatoes in a roasted garlic chardonnay cream sauce; served with parmesan mashed potatoes
• Wood-Fired Pineapple Teriyaki Beef Tenderloin Served with asparagus and crispy herb-tossed fingerling potatoes
• Pineapple Chicken Citrus seasoned, grilled and topped with pineapple salsa; served with fresh vegetables
• Santa Fe Pasta Seared shrimp and salmon tossed with Fettuccini pasta, tomatoes, chorizo in a parmesan chardonnay cream sauce
Desserts
• Crème Brule Cheesecake Squares
• Chocolate Brownie Cake Sundae
• Key Lime Pie with white chocolate sauce
• Warm Carrot Cake with salted caramel sauce
Lunch – 2 courses for $16

Second Course
• Chicken Sorrento Salad Chile-rubbed wood grilled chicken tossed with ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette
• Mushroom & Chipotle Gouda Burger Wood-grilled burger, herbed portabella mushrooms, chipotle gouda cheese, topped with a grilled jalapeño garnish
• Santa Fe Pasta- Seared shrimp and salmon tossed with Fettuccini pasta, tomatoes, chorizo in a parmesan chardonnay cream sauce
• Pineapple Chicken Citrus seasoned, grilled and topped with pineapple salsa; served with fresh vegetables
