Audubon Park – Great Leadership, A Great Neighborhood and A Great Story

15768677754_8ced892c9a_mWhen I started in this Main Street world, I had one goal in mind and that was to improve my hometown. It grew out of a love for my community, and knowing our downtown needed help. I had no idea HOW to do it, no training, no education to teach me how…but I knew someone had to show it some love and attention.

When I arrived in Orlando in 2007, I had no idea how this would all translate. It was a new community and a new way of translating the Main Street Approach. But I knew if it was going to work, it would take that same type of love, attention and commitment from the community to be successful.

In 2012, David Bressler left the restaurant business to focus strictly on the Houndstooth Sauce Company. He packed up his house, his dog, and his boat, and moved to Orlando, securing the last vendor space in the East End Market – the newest concept in progressive farmers markets and cultural food hub.

Enjoy a $30 family dinner to go including: 1 jar of home-made rosemary red sauce, 4 servings of hand-made pork and beef meatballs, 1 package of imported Gentile pasta, 4 servings of organic house salad and 4 decadent chocolate chip cookies for dessert!

Nestled between many talented artisan vendors, Fatto in casa offers authentic Italian cuisine to go. A daily special , hot and fresh from the kitchen will be available from 12:00 pm until it’s sold out.
