  • Choice of Appetizer:
    • Kung Pao Cauliflower – crispy cauliflower, smoked peanut kung pao, finished with salted peanuts and scallions
    • Arancini Arrabbiata – crispy saffron risotto sheres served in spicy arrabbiata sauce finished with shaved pecorino
    • Insalata Burrata – citrus-arugula spring greens, roma tomato, paper onion, burrata cheese and crispy pancetta accompanied by toasted naan bread
  • Choice of Entree:
    • Ultron – grilled flat iron steak, spinach maple bacon yukon gold mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, topped with two jumbo shrimp and creamy gruyere mornay
    • Just Like Mamma Made – golden crispy airline chicken breast over munster white cheddar mac and cheese accompanied by a summer onion buttermilk biscuit with a blueberry wildflower honey beurre blanc sauce
    • Saffron City – (2) U-10 scallops over saffron and smoked paprika risotto, kung pao brussel sprouts, finished with riesling beurre blanc

    • Fudgin’ Good! – dark chocolate ghiradelli chocolate cake fused with godiva chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream
    • Cuatro Leches Bread Pudding – house-made break pudding with a sweet and creamy blend of four different milks, served hot with vanilla bean ice cream and a caramel drizzle

    • Duck confit gumbo – steamed with white rice and green onions
    • Baked Oysters Rockefeller – fresh spinach, pernod, garlic, Parmesan and bacon
    • Pork Tacos – eight-hour roasted pork, flour tortillas, cabbage, kimchi cucumbers, crushed peanuts and hoison
  • Choice of Entree:
    • Pan-seared trout – Louisiana crawfish au gratin and grilled asparagus
    • Grilled Salmon – quinoa, cranberries, spinach and lemon vin

    • Tuna Bowl – mirin-soy gastrique marinated and cubed ahi tuna, edamame beans, cucumbers, pickled red onion, diced tomato, avocado, wakame salad and crispy wontons finished with a garlic sambal drizzle served over spring mix
    • Mahi Tacos – Three (3) grilled flour tortillas, blackened mahi, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, citrus garlic cilantro slaw finished with chipotle white BBQ drizzle
