  • Insalata Sfiziosa – Arugula with pear, walnuts, shaved parmigiano, tossed with balsamic viniagrette
  • Burratina – Burrata wrapped in prosciutto di parma, over mixed field greens, dressed in extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar
  • Insalata di Cesare – Classic Cesare with romaine, tossed with freshly baked croutons topped with Parmigiano cheese shavings

  • Tagliatelle alla Modenese – Fresh homemade tagliatelle pasta tossed with prosciutto di parma, peas and onions in a truffle pink sauce
